Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) RENEWAL
This course is designed for healthcare providers who want to enhance their skills in treating adult victims of cardiac arrest and other cardiopulmonary emergencies.

Requirements:
- YOU MUST PROVIDE A CURRENT COPY OF YOUR ACLS CARD. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT COPY YOU WILL BE MOVED TO THE INITIAL COURSE AND CHARGED THE DIFFERENCE. Can’t locate your card? Look it up here.
- The 2020 Advanced Cardiac Life Support manual
- Physical copy of the Completion Certificate issued after you have completed the online Precourse Assessment, watched videos and COMPLETED SURVEY.

Course Features:
Participants will engage in simulated clinical scenarios, encouraging active, hands-on learning through learning stations. Skills are practiced individually, as a team member, and as a team leader.
Intended Audience:
Healthcare professionals in emergency treatment, intensive care, critical care, and other fields where cardiovascular emergency response may be required.

- 1-Rescuer CPR, AED
- Defibrillation
- Airway Management
- Rhythm Recognition
- IV/IO Access
- Use of Medications
- Cardioversion
- Transcutaneous Pacing
- Effective Resuscitation Team Dynamics
Course Structure:
- Hands-on learning stations to practice essential skills
- Simulated clinical scenarios for active participation
- Classroom-based format for interactive group learning with instructor feedback
Pre-Class Preparation:
- Review the ACLS Provider Manual (2020)
- Complete the Precourse Test and Precourse Work
- Familiarize yourself with Cardiac Rhythms, such as:
- Ventricular Fibrillation, Ventricular Tachycardia, PEA, Asystole, Bradycardia, High-Degree AV Blocks, Sinus Bradycardia, Sinus Tachycardia, Supraventricular Tachycardia
- Review ACLS Algorithms
- Study ACLS Pharmacology
Certification Information:
Upon completion, students will receive an AHA ACLS Course Completion eCard, valid for two years. The eCard will be issued to the email you register with. This email should be a personal email and not a school or work email.
