Heartcode® BLS blended learning is available to Creighton Student for RENEWALS ONLY
The HeartCode® Course offers the opportunity to complete your CPR, ACLS, or PALS certification through an interactive, online platform. Each course is structured to meet the 2020 AHA guidelines and ensures that you learn the most current techniques in life-saving procedures. Key aspects of the HeartCode® courses include:
- HeartCode® BLS: Covers CPR and AED use for healthcare professionals, as well as the recognition of life-threatening emergencies, including choking.
- Flexible, Convenient, and Accredited – HeartCode® is the perfect option for professionals who want to complete their training on their schedule.
- Once you’ve completed the online portion of the course, you will need to attend a skills session to practice and demonstrate your skills. Upon successful completion of the online course and skills session, you will receive your 2-year certification from the American Heart Association.

AHA Opioid Education for Healthcare Providers is a self-directed, eLearning course is for use by a single student that includes modules such as recognition and treatment of opioid overdose (use of CPR and reversal agents), details of the opioid epidemic and opioid use disorder, pathophysiology of pain and opioids leading to addiction, and managing acute pain with alternative pain management options. No discounts are provided for eLearning.
