Course Description: Monthly Stress First Aid Application Booster Sessions

The Monthly Virtual Stress First Aid Application Booster Sessions are designed for individuals who have completed a Stress First Aid Training Course and want to deepen their understanding and practice.

These interactive sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to:

• Review the three core conceptual elements of Stress First Aid:

  • The Stress Continuum Model

  • The Four Sources of Orange Zone Stress

  • The Stress First Aid Model

• Actively engage in case scenarios that build practical experience in applying the model.

• Strengthen confidence and skills for supporting personal and professional well-being.
